...I haven't listened to the Oh Sees since about 2013, before that I kinda was briefly obsessed with them...great garage rock band . Anyway this morning I ran across a tumblr post and wow they have progressed. Still a garage band but I was reminded how good John is .......the tone, the energy and the chops (in the context of the style), the little fills he does, etc....just really great stuff...



and some rightous HEAVY riffage here

 
Thanks for sharing. I'm not familiar with The Oh Sees. I really liked Tidal Wave. I couldn't make it through the other song - to my 52 y.o. ears, it sounded like every other stoner rock band. I'm too impatient to wait that long for the melody. :)
