The Pav Bhaji? there was a place in LA where those were my favorite thing on the menu; definitely on the bucket list to get the real deal in Mumbai at some point. (maybe next spring!)
 
I was sitting in my office, eating my oatmeal (TJ's steel cut organic, natch) while watching this. Suddenly, my breakfast seems very inadequate...

you might be OK with the congealed blood in most asian soups that use it - it's really much softer than jelly-like; it more-or-less instantly liquifies in your mouth.

There was a Polish cafe in the Chicago loop (when my dad worked there) that served the most wonderful czernina (duck's blood soup). It was fantastic!
