I found a couple weeks ago that atoms and protiens are very interesting. Then I read about cells and I want to kill myself. Anyone else have this problem?

What kind of cells disturbed you so much? Prokaryotes or eukaryotes?

The cell is the basic functional unit of life, Jake.

Also, cells produce proteins, so there!

I know it's nessecary. Doesn't mean I like it.

Sounds like you prefer organic chemistry to biology... not a big deal. I started in biology and ended up in organic chemistry.
