Back in the early 80s I had an original SG-LP. Like a dummy I sold it of course. The bridge had been changed out to a wraparound and I could never get the low E to intonate to my satisfaction. These were the days of no money and no luthier and no luthier skills. Since it had been altered I thought nothing of letting it go. Paid $300 and sold it a yr or so later for $300. Another in a quite extensive list of woulda shoulda coulda.
