I have 2 2x12 cabs one is a Marshall 1936 and the other is a Port City. The port city is wired at 8ohm and is my main cab. The Marshall runs in 8ohm mono or either 4 or 16 stereo(I believe).
In any case I always run my rig in mojo with the Port City but I want to try to hook up both cabs.
The amp is a Splawn Quickrod which had 2 speaker outputs. If I send an out to each cab what would I set my amps impedance at? Each cab will run at 8 ohms so do I set the amp to 16 so it essentially splits the signal between the cabs or....
AND....if I chose to daisy chain the cabs together instead of running the separate outs, is the setting the same?
