I'm thinking barbecue for this weekend

I hear you. I hate not having a grill right now. It's killing me. I need to be in something with a patio by next summer.

I've tried those stove top smokers and grill things when I was w/o grill but I didn't think they worked very well. I went as far as making a removable platform for a smokey joe that clamped on to a railing w/ a c-clamp for my one apartment.
 
Question: What is your favorite bun for pulled pork? I think so far Thomas' English Muffin Whole Grain has been my fave. Want to try sourdough bread though. So many options.
We got some onion buns from 'gasp' the dollar tree. Those made the bbq sammies rock.
 
On a side note, a BBQ place in NC has been shut down. 100 customers, so far, have suffered Salmonella poisoning.
