Cooking now.

I messed up and put 4 cans of beans in, but I really think it needed it.
It would have been more like soup without the extra beans.

We'll see.

I've got chopped cilantro, avocados, cheese and green onions ready for toppings.
 
It's even better the next day.
Those dishes always improve a day or so later. We did a fish stew Christmas Eve that was AWESOME two days later. No fishy spoilage ( which I was worried about ). Working on a two day Jambalaya right now. It just gets better and better.
