I was all intent on getting an octaver for my bass. I thought about maybe buying a Foxrox Octron again or an EHX Micro POG. All because I didn't want to bring my PTjr with me to rehearsals and practices. There's really only two effects I need for the cover band, octave and dirt. So I can do two things. Either bring my regular board and just say "fuck it", or do the Modern Saint, and have a separate board for each band.
I'm opting for "fuck it". No other pedal sounds as good as the combination of the Eventide Pitchfactor and Double Pickle Drive. If I really decide I don't want all the other pedals on the board, I can simply remove them.
