I just had my first Five Guys Burger...

And when you think about it, maybe it makes sense that its more expensive. It could be an indicator that it's actually ground beef. I don't understand how a company can afford to sell a bacon cheeseburger for a buck.

It goes one step beyond that.... EVERYTHING at Five Guys is FRESH EVERY DAY. They never freeze their hamburger... and did you notice how fresh and GREEEEEEN their jalapenos are? Not spooned out of a jar.
 
MY local franchise goes pretty heavy on the salt....they aren't covered but I didn't see anyone reach for the salt shaker @ a table anytime I was there.
