The "first bass" I had was the SG style encore bass the bass player of my first band
left at my house for many moons when we weren't jamming, it was safer to store
it at my place than his.
That being said, when I finally got myself a bass it ended up being this monster:
Which is fine, but adding a 19 pound housecat to the headstock really makes it
hard to balance live.
