I broke my VHT Special 6 cabinet

I wanted to swap speakers. One screw wouldn't come out. The screw got stuck on the T bolt. I had to break the baffle to get the speaker out.

How can I repair this? I'm thinking of breaking the old baffle and making a new one. But I really don't have the expertise.

That does look like a nice replacement cabinet though.

Could you just rotate everything 1/8 of a turn, drill, and mount new bolts?

It's a little late to rotate the speaker. The baffle broke when I took it out. I have to cut a new one.

I'd cut a new baffle.

The old baffle was particle board. The new one will either be plywood or pine.

Marshall cabs are birch plywood.
