Not the trendy Sriracha, don't really care for that junk personally BUT damn if the chili Garlic sauce is not the greatest invention in hot sauce ever! Sometimes I just open the fridge, spoon in hand and take a big ol heaping helping of the chile sauce...mmmmmm!

I use it a lot as an ingredient in marinades and sauces and stuff.

I don't know if I've ever had it just spooned on a dish like other hot sauces - I'll do that tonight!

It's good by the spoonful, has a nice chili kick but it's nice and balanced, it's all about the flavor. by no means is it overpowering. it's kinda si,ilar to a spoonful of horseradish which I like from time to time as well..got the head clearing kick to it. :embarrassed:
 
It's tasty. I used to always keep a jar handy but it's been replaced lately by Heartbreaking Dawns Classic Gold and Melinda's Chipotle sauce....both are similar heat level with big flavor sauces.
