How do you like your corn ?

There's a fantastic Thanksgiving scalloped corn recipe in the family but I don't have that every year.

Not crazy about corn on the cob but I'll eat it.

I have those corn holder (vintage ones too, the ones we had when I was a little kid growing up) but no "corn bowl", those look very functional.

Nuke it. Much faster that way and it tastes the same

Even better is to barely cut off an end before nuking, much easier to peel off the husk afterwards.
