Jazzmaster bodies, IMO, should foretell sympathetic string resonance. None to be found here .... and I like bursts, and think that reminds me of nothing so much as a plasticky Danelectro (no offense to Danelectros).

I've played some and know they're well made, nice guitars, but geez ....

A friend just picked up a serus t with the tempered pine body, maple neck with rosewood board and said it's easily the most resonant electric guitar he's ever played. He also played the j and s model and they were all crazy lively
