Those over the range microwaves are a PITA to install, aren't they?
Especially when you have to wire in an outlet, etc....

It looks like you and I have the same appliances (we just replaced ours in the last few months).

We're due for some new countertops, but not right now......that's a couple of grand, easy, and I'm all out of "grands" for a while.

I was actually just putting up new knobs and drawer pulls this past weekend (there were never any installed. I have no idea why not.)
 
Wow, looks great. Lots more storage and work space. What's the new dishwasher? Was the old one a Kenmore?

LOVE it! I practically live in my galley kitchen, and am really groovin' on yours. About 10 years ago I had an apartment on top of an old bakery building. Cathedral ceilings with the original posts and beams, and a brand new "J" shaped kitchen with a double oven AND Jenn-Air cooktop.. Miss that to this day.
