Hmm, I have some Hebrew Nationals at home, and buns in the freezer. Even canned chili if I want to go that route - and wife is out of town so nobody to say "no." IT COULD HAPPEN
 
Well I decided I need to dispatch some leftovers, so pulled pork sliders for me.

Hot dogs and bacon for dinner tonight.
No buns.

Salad was available as well, but I had a huge salad for lunch.
So, I wasn't very hungry.
 
See, since I stopped eating beef 3 1/2 years ago, my only real options for hotdogs are eyelid-&-foreskin dogs, turkey dogs or bratwurst. I go for the brats every time, with spicy deli mustard and sauerkraut on top.
 
Steamed store brand natural casing dogs.... butter grilled rolls. With mustard, onions and relish made from homemade half sour pickles. Om f'n nom.
