Congrats Jello!! Glad you're all in. Now the fun stuff happens of unpacking and making it your own place.
 
I may have missed something. Did you buy or are you renting for now? I know the one deal you had to buy fell through. Out of touch after that.
 
Here's a couple pics of the inside...it's an addition on a farmhouse my sister owns...my neighbors are my nephew, his wife, and their 2 kids...

They ordered a new carpet for the living room but if course it got delayed...I had no choice but move in without it...once my vacation ends I won't have a day off until next year...







It's small, but more than adequate for me...moving in did set off a serious downsizing effort on everything but guitars...

Should be closing on the house within a month...salvation army comes in tomorrow to take what they can, then I'm going to have a junk hauler clear out the rest...

I'm really looking forward to being out of debt...kind of want to find out what that feels like...
