Good amp tech east of Sacramento, CA?

I only needed an amp repair once when I lived in Sac, and I just took it to Skip's Music.

Amp was cutting out. I don't recall what the fix was, but customer service was excellent. Keep in mind, though, that this was probably 15 years ago.
 
From my buddy Dave who gets amps actually worked on in town:

"Kinda depends what they need. Shane Manning at Tubesonic is good with basic stuff, but if it's at all oddball or vintage, Skip Simmons is unquestionably the master. Yeah, you have to drive up to Marysville, but your amp WILL be fixed and fixed correctly."

Used to play a bar called The Office there back in the day.
