Yeah, Pierce is a total pro and realist. He and Pete Thorn seem like two of the most sincere and down to earth guys that do lessons/demos. Monster players without egos, just confidence in their enviable abilities with nothing but respect/appreciation for the abilities and work of others. Again, total pros.
