I don't really like that version.
Where I think she errs is that she really likes to wail on one note a lot. This puts her singing the song in too high a key so that when the part comes along that calls for her to really wail, she's already high and has to go into falsetto. If she sang it lower, then when the part comes along to go up high, she could do it with the part of her voice that is strongest to emphasize the energy. Instead, the most intense part of the song gets neutered and softened because she has to go into falsetto.
I get that some will like it but I think it was an opportunity wasted.
