Fuzz and distortion pedal market saturation.

I tend to favor overdrive as opposed to distortion, but I recently picked up a Fender FDR-1 '65 Deluxe Reverb amp pedal. I got it for the reverb, but I admit to being impressed by the distortion, too. So, I guess it's just another to add to the glut.

Oh, and I got this cool fuzz pedal in some sort of raffle. :thu: It's been a lot of fun!

Just the other day, I was thing about getting all my dirt pedals out for a family pic. Maybe I'll wait for the hot tubes pedal to arrive.

best distortion pedal I ever had was a $20 Tokai
loved that thing
no idea what ever happened to it, guessing it got stolen.
had a phaser to match it, as well.

if I ever went back to using pedals, I'd track down another Tokai, for sure.

It's probably worth more than $100 now. Tokai made some great equipment BITD and everyone knows it now.

for the band I played guitar in when I was using the Tokai...that Tokai WAS my tone.
that, and 80,000 watts of screaming madness
