This was a homemade donner kebab . Basically a spicy lamb meatloaf, also with a flatbread and various toppings

This came up in a recent discussion and I dug up the picture.
This was a BBQ/Beer pairing/Chef experience that happened at the college.
There were six or seven chefs from all over the place. Each did a course of the meal.
However, this was just an appetiser served at the reception before the meal.
