Flyrig for the Win!!!....

I have my two big ass gigging pedalboards... one for electric guitar, the other for acoustic and synth.... but the Flyrig has been an essential element except I haven't been able to take advantage of the "Fly" portion because it's bolted in with my big ass pedal board.

Until now....

Instead of combining my new Flyrig Cali prototype into my existing board, I mated it with a tuner and a second Boomerang III looper and it truly can do most of what I need for a show. I'll put it all together on a homemade board or put it in a small Pedaltrain bag. This thing rocks so well!!!

Regular is Marshall flavoured, RK5 is modded Marshall, Cali is vintage Mesa inspired.

If the regular Flyrig is Plexi, what is the Flyrig Brit? Their British Character pedal is their Marshall amp-in-a-box.

That's why I thought the Brit one was Vox centric.

"The BRIT's distortion section is based upon our own British SansAmp Character Series pedal, which was inspired by the celebrated, crunchy vintage amps from across the pond. "

That implies Marshall. But the sample settings are all over the place...

"SAMPLE SETTINGS IN THE OWNER'S MANUAL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING STYLES:

BRIT: Mississippi Queen, Bluesbreakers, Cult/Sanctuary, NWOBHM Iron Maiden, Oasis, The Shadows/Apache, Keef/Brown Sugar, and Zep/Communication."

I wish they'd implement an effects loop.

I have a website that does tech 21 mods like an effects loop and phantom power.

Plus I recently discovered the private reserve and deluxe versions that have an effects loop, multiple distortion presets, and an XLR out. If you really are going to run t direct, this is the way to go.
