Fiesta Red pt. III

Duller than cardboard
Because I desperately seek validation and approval from all of the Weiners here I've swapped the mint guard on the Sherwood Green '62 for the tortoise guard and vice versa.

What say you?

Also, two follow up questions if you mostly approve of this look:

1. Does the Fiesta Red look okay with aged white covers and knobs or does it need mint too?

2. Tortoise for the Sherwood Green, or buy a black guard instead?

The red looks fantastic. The green looks like it's sporting a large pick. Never tort, never! I still love that green one, but please, put a black pickguard on it!
 
I say mint on both.

Tort to me only looks good on black or white bodies. Any shade of white.

It really is. I got stupid lucky with that purchase by snagging one before prices shot through the roof. It's a damn near perfect Strat.

I don't hate the tort though. We'll have to see what black looks like.
 
I can't stand mint green on a guitar. No offense, it's just not a color I like at all. Now, Girl Scout thin mints....

To me, red needs black or white. Preferably black.

I'm thrilled you're happy with it, though. Rock that bitch clean the fuck til dawn.
