That's a sweet little amp.

Looking inside:

it looks all original, even the filter caps.

Collectors piece in that condition.

It's funny though, the cost of all the parts in that amp, chasis, speaker, cab, is probably about $150, maybe a little more for a prebuilt cab.

Yes, it's worth $1200 'cause it's old, and collectible, but darn if it wouldn't cost less to build one.
