The slotted peghead on a steel-string electric kills it for me...and, I'll go along with Howie for a change in that the gold hardware really sticks out like a sore thumb on this one, and I am not opposed to gold hardwre.

I like it. I'm not really sure about the gold, I sorta like it with gold, but I don't like new gold hardware. I'd probably take a sanding sponge out and age the hardware.
