So long ago I can't remember. I think it had to be back in the 80's.
 
The thought of eating at mcd's makes my stomach turn. I used to eat that crap when I was a kid - yuck.
 
Yeah, pretty sure I drive past the location in the first pic pretty much every weekday my wife works. It's in des plaines and it's a museum now. Once, when I was super high, I spent 10 minutes pondering why the folks inside weren't moving and there was concrete blocks obstructing the drive thru. It wasn't unlike what I'm feeling right now. Why don't I have chips?

On August 1st, 1987 McDonalds began phasing out all polystyrene containers. The last item sold in one was in 1990.

A bunch of delivery places around here use them for fries and onion ring.
