It's a 2x10 actually, though they do now make a 2x12 version that looks more like an AC30. They no longer make a 2x10 version as far as I know.

Probably cuts a good 5 - 10 pounds only being a 2 x 10. either way I really like it.

How heavy is it?

Heavier than my Deluxe Reverb, but not by much. I'd guess in the 45 LB range.

It's too big for public transit. That has nothing to with weight and everything to do with there being more passengers than ever before in the history of the NYC transit system.
