I have to disagree on the hard corn tortilla hatred. I love 'em--jumbo style with a ton of lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese, guacamole, sour cream, salsa, and seasoned ground turkey.
I also prefer flour tortillas for enchiladas.

I like crunchy tacos once in a while too. Everything doesn't have to be full-on "authentic" all the time.

Soft corn for street tacos or fish tacos.

I like both. for soft tacos, often corn. Been getting into gluten free flour lately. For some reason, I like the texture.

Corn tortillas for nothing except for when you can't find flour tortillas for nothing in the chain stores.
