It's hard to beat a genuine real flour tortilla (not those rubbery store bought things) yhat's nice and warmed up but tit for tat on any given day i think i prefer a corn tortilla.

How do you like em?

I go through more flour. (And agree they have to be the good ones). But for some things, like with carnitas or barbacoa, corn is mandatory.

Side note: I have a huge batch of barbacoa workin in the crock pot right now. The smell is intoxicating.

I don’t understand why hard tacos were even invented. They just break while you try to eat and that makes a mess.
