Just came across this on a local FB page, it's a 100 year old photo. Mrs jbj and I lived just behind the taller building for a decade before moving to our current digs. I've literally walked past here 30 minutes ago with Lola.
The main buildings on the right are gone but the house, tree and lane on the left are still there.
Our local pub is just off shot to the right and still standing. Local men went there to sign up for WW1 then would march down this street en route to a muster point to get on train's heading off for their training before going to France.
