I'm stoked about this one; it's a special menu for Valentine's:

  • Kir Royales;
  • Iceberg Wedge with Green Goddess Dressing;
  • Filet Mignon with Morels & Tarragon-Marsala Sauce
  • Grilled Lobster Tails with Herb Butter;
  • Blue Cheese-Potato Gratin;
  • Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon; and
  • Cherries Jubilee over Ice Cream.

The chow was really good! Probably the first thing I will make at home is the green goddess salad dressing; it was fairly simple and delicious.

Here's my plate before I began to maul it:



The marsala sauce simmering, and brussels sprouts (I decided I REALLY don't like brussels sprouts - these had bacon and I still didn't like 'em. :tongue:):
