Just got ourselves (which band you say? Wasted) a new digital mixer, figured I'd test out the USB recording thingy on it. Worked a treat. :)

Whipped together a quick mix of our cover of a certain Europe tune (I know some in here dig that one).
Just started playing it about a week ago. :grin:

Very happy with our new guitar player, who plays lead on this one. Cool down to earth guy, easy to work with - and really fucking good. :eek: In his early twenties and shreds my ass off for sure. :embarrassed:

Gigging twice with the band this christmas, will be recording every bit. This band just got extremely fun again. :thu:

So, that's just a "live" feed from practice?

I'm with Mark. What mixer? The quality is great.

Did you dump it to a DAW? Multitrack? Can you edit and add effects to each track?

Cost in USD?

You got anything besides Europe? :embarrassed:
 
It's a Yammy 01V96i, yep multitrack, getting 16 out from it - all processing done afterwards (as I send the tracks out pre-eq/fader) :)
All I did basically was some compression, eq and some reverb. :embarrassed:

Will be posting some more after our gigs this christmas. :wink:

Thanks guys, will post some more stuff in not too long. Looks like we'll be starting writing some new stuff with that band in the near future as well. All's well. :thu:
