Ya know, I check out every Casino that comes through my local GC. About half are bland, a few are nice and once in a while, they get a real gem.
They have a new natural maple one there now that's probably the best of the regular Casinos I've tried. So tempting.
I could get it for $500 with discounts.

The gold is OK, but maybe not for a Casino.

It reminds me of the Jack Casady bass, which is hot.

i just don't like MF's photoshopped pics. i mean, all pics of guitars end up being 'shopped, but at least i can get an idea of what it really looks like from the Sweetwater gallery and Gbase. that's why i post most of the GPOTD from Gbase. at least it's a real pic.
 
Sweet looking guitar! But you are dead on about the Epi QC Elias, you have to look around for a good one.

I am a Jack Cassidy fan and I really wanted to like that bass. I tried out a couple when I was bass shopping some years back. Killer looks but extremely neck heavy. It might have sounded good but I was so unhappy with the ballance that I didn't even bother plugging in.

I could almost see someone with a beginner strat to upgrade and some extra pickups lying around buying that for that price. (maybe just maybe)

But why would you even list it looking like this? And yeah, star fail.
