Created by Tym Bussanich, the Breakfast Sushi is made with the core ingredients to a typical American breakfast. From the middle you have cheese, eggs, tater tots and jalapeño all mixed together and wrapped around a bacon-weave casing.

:-\ In NYC I could buy eggs from this farmer who must have fed his hens chicken scraps from Per Sé because those were the best damned eggs I’ve ever tasted. Ever since trying to eat store bought eggs is like being a little kid and having someone show me a silent movie when what I really want is to watch a Pixar film.
