BBQ Rib spice rubs

Wife got "cheater" ribs the other day. What they didn't do is remove the excess meat that makes them recognizable as St. Louis ribs (they folded it under), so I did and marinated it in Stubb's Pork marinade overnight and smoked them the next day. It cooked quick and was damn tasty with 1:1 hickory:cherry chunks. It guess these would be called burnt ends? I took em all the way to 210F finish temp.
