Question: Aria Pro II cardinal series CS350 opinions

I am working a couple of deals for a trade for my un-loved strat, and one of the offers is the above guitar plus a Kent 335 copy. I have been a bit of a sucker for a Matsumoku, but think that perhaps I'm giving up a LOT of value on a trade like this. Any opinions? FYI, the same guy offered a Fender DeVille 212 (I have no need of a monster amp like that) and another local guy offered a Marshall DSL40c (I am somewhat interested in that)./..

That particular Aria is one of the lower end models.

They did have some Cardinal Series guitars that were pretty high-end (set neck, fancy inlays, all kinds of pickup switch options, etc....)......however, that's not one of them.

What kind of strat are you trading?

American Fat Strat Texas Special.

Some of those Matsumoku guitars are really special.

The Strat is worth more, but it's not like an American Strat made in the last 20 years is a collectors item or anything. Sell it and buy the Aria, or do a trade plus cash.

The 90s ones are starting to go up in value. I'm not quite sure why, but they are.
