Yes, the fretboard is wider, without widening the string spacing.
Yes, the neck is a bit on the thin side.
Yes, it has the ghastly Les Paul 100 gold marker.
Yes, it has the Tronical-made GForce tuning system.
Now, before, those were obstacles; however, I got used to the important one - the neck - very quickly.
Sounds absolutely fantastic. Plays like the proverbial butter. Action is low and buzz-free. The volume and tone controls actually work well. The zero-fret adjustable nut does not make the strings bind. The GForce tuning system DOES work, especially when it has a charge
