I need to find a way to humidify my Trinity guitar, but most humidifiers are built for round sound holes. Any ideas?
I am doing that right now, but think I need something inside the guitar as well.I used to have one I made myself. I took a plastic travel soap container and drilled a few holes in the top and bottom. Then I would put a damp sponge in it. I had to keep it up by the headstock so I am not sure how effective it was.
I just ordered two of a similar design, one for each Trinity. Thanks.I used to have one I made myself. I took a plastic travel soap container and drilled a few holes in the top and bottom. This one might work too.

I was looking at that, but it won't work on the Lunas.I bought this for my Taylor today:
This system either absorbs moisture or releases moisture, whatever the need.

Why wouldn't they? I'm curious.I was looking at that, but it won't work on the Lunas.
I am assuming that it is like another system I bought that goes into the soundhole - the Trinity soundhole isn't big enough to drop it into. Why wouldn't they? I'm curious.
I bought one to use in an electric guitar case, just for my Carvin DC160 that has an ebony board. Ebony can dry out and crack, especially in cold winters.
The D'Addario ones don't go into a soundhole. You just put them in the case.I am assuming that it is like another system I bought that goes into the soundhole - the Trinity soundhole isn't big enough to drop it into.
The problem is that many sites don't give adequate details on how these things work, so you get it home and find it won't work. What I am using right now is great for the neck but does nothing for the body of the guitar.

Yeah, that's how the one I had worked.Sure they can -- they hang over the strings into the soundhole.
