For me, #5. Open mics, I usually like to stick around and hear a few artists... but some people stay until the place closes, and don't really want to be part of the DUI easy picking crowd after 2 am.

since we usually headline our gigs, I'm always there till the end. I AM the end
occassionally, we miss the opener though, which I always feel shitty about, but it's usually because one of the other guys is working.

Gig etiquette for wedding DJs (or rather, venue co-ordinators): There's 1 of me setting up a reasonably complex lighting and sound rig, there's 10 of you putting clean linen on tables - yes you will complete your task way before me, no I won't rush to get set up on account of this.
