Hmm, in the closeups -- not really digging the rivets on the hood. Seems more appropriate on a WWII fighter plane!

try to keep in mind......it was never designed as a touring car......it was intended as a full on race car. and the rivets were a heck of a lot easier (and more trustworthy) than welding aluminum.....in those days.
