G&L Cavalier Sunburst 1983 (s660)

Body: Ash

Neck: Maple neck with a "C" profile, 1 5/8" wide nut, ebony fretboard, 7.25" radius, and dot inlays

Neck Thickness: .77" at the 1st fret, .897" at the 12th fret

Pickups/Hardware: Original hardware, original pickups (rated at 4.36 kOhms in the neck and 4.33 k in the bridge), three-way pickup selector switch, two-way mini-toggle, volume and tone controls

Cosmetic Condition: The top has a smattering of small dings throughout leading to micro-checking. There are some chips and dings scattered throughout the sides and buckle rash to boot on the back. The neck feels smooth with some minor patches of finish wear and the headstock has some checking and minimal edge wear. This Cavalier is ready to rock!

Yes. Without question. This would work well for weddings, bars, firehouses and any other venue.

Would not work well for propping open a window.

Not sure it's deserving the $995 price tag though.
 
Not digging the look but as it's G&L quality is likely to be good so I'd try it out at least.
 
It's OK. For some reason, I've been dreaming of Fender TC 90s and JA 90s, which would probably scratch that particular itch as well...
