One rule I have learned in my computer life.
Backup backup backup backup backup backup backup backup EVERYTHING!
what sucks about it? it works fine for me.
Never used it.
I don't like it much.....
I use other vendors and software now...

I hear songbird is getting pretty good.
iTunes completely takes over your computer - and yes- the library does get lost form time to time.
Problem is - I have three ipods and one computer - it's a complete whacky mess.

Never had a problem with it.
Maybe you need a Mac for it to be any good. I never used it on my Windows computer, but it works fine and dandy on my Macbook.
