    Ideal??

    A tough one....

It simply has to include smoked meats and/or Mexican food and I'm good.

And of course, since it is ideal, it is also free.....

Do you mean one you could eat day-in-day-out? If so then some kind of fish (pref. salmon or mackerel) or chicken, and rice (with some multi-grain stuff thrown in) and vegetables. And then some Indian or Thai curry once a week.

A nicely rare Ribeye, garlic mashed potatoes, an a nice Scottish style ale, followed with coconut cream pie.

YES! Will be done on Saturday. Although I'll have to replace the Scottish ale with a Dr. Pepper.

I really can't think of anything better. Nice cuts of meat, cooked on a charcoal fire, as much as you want to eat. Cheese bread, garlic mashed potatoes, etc. etc. Great service.

    Now I'm drooling.

I am actually salivating right now. We went to one of these places a few years ago and it was awesome...
