"liked" on facebook. A good reminder. I also put the "Guitar Zero" book into my Amazon cart. I think that might be a good read, especially regarding the adult learning process.

I'm thinking of making it "suggested" reading for my adult students

I received the book, and have started reading it. Very interesting! Two initial thoughts: 1) the guy says he is so "old" and he is just turning 40. Sheesh!, and 2), he talks about the need to immerse yourself in the learning process. I am not far into the book, and maybe he addresses how that works in the real world life of an adult, but I will need to create some sort of training program for immersing myself in quality, focused practice in short bursts of these "smaller bites". I just cannot take weeks off at a time to immerse myself like he did in the beginning of his process. I bet he addresses that issue later in the book.
