I love the ankle braclet.
That ad alone would make me cross Fiat off my car list were I in the market. Not a Charlie Sheen fan at all....

Yet another friend of Jack...
J-Lo and now Charlie Sheen. I wanted a Fiat 500, but the way the ads are targeted makes it seem like it's meant for teenagers.
...I like the Fiat 500...granted, Ive never driven one, and probably never will...but it looks decent, and seems to be a decent car...

wow....
no tiger-blood here
no winning
*buys a Fiat*

WOOT!
If you crossed everything off your list that was endorsed by shitheads, you would have to stop breathing... Just remind yourself that whoever is in whatever car commercial you are watching is statistically likely be be almost as much as a shithead as Sheen, just less known...

I bet Charlie Sheen has mainlined blocks of coke bigger than the Fiat 500.
I kind of like the look of the little 500, but they are just too small for me, and I suspect they are going to wind up being a chick car like the old VW beetle. That makes Charlie Sheen, with his porn star banging lifestyle, an odd choice for adverts.

When my oldest son and I were down in OC this Sept., I angled to get a Fiat as a rental to try it out. Not an Abarth, they weren't here yet. But it did look fun. We ended up with a sparkle blue Mustang instead. That was really fun too, and even less practical. I think I burned 5 gallons at a time several times just checking out the acceleration. It handled much better than I thought. Huge improvement over the older mustangs. But gas mileage was not its strong suit. That was a fun trip BTW. Really fun to meet Mark in person and here a good set of his band at the Blue Beet.
I don't see why the Fiat won't be ok as a daily driver, if a small "mini cooper" type car fits your needs. They should have stronger dealer support this time too.

I would have to see how they are doing the seating. I haven't looked. I think little cars that have a hatchback, and seats that fold down in the back work really well if you don't have passengers when you are hauling gear. But definitely, it would depend on one's needs. Your jetta wagon (I think it is a jetta?) would be uber practical.
