    There's a guy over at TGP that uses two of the 12" version of these with his Axe-FX - the demo he recorded sounded good. If I had any cash at all I'd buy one of these to play with with my new Pod...alas, my tattoo has me cash-free at the moment.

    I think they want the stand mounted type to kill stage clutter, though.

    I can see that - but a mic stand takes up almost as much real estate unless you get the box that you mount your vocal mic on top of.
