Music Man/Ernie Ball making amps again?

I can't remember which was which, but there were tubes in one section but not the other.

I had an HD135-4x10 for awhile...sounded amazing, just way more amp than I needed...if they come out with a lower powered 2x10 I may be interested...

Yep. Originals were SS pre tube power and were great amps.
Glad to see them again.
This is a badass config. I still own a Peavey Artist with SS pre and 4 6L6s. One Black Widow 12. 2 channels of southern rock goodness. My old college roommate had one of the MMs w 2 12s. A good bit of hearing loss was incurred jammin those 2 amps.

I wonder how different the power section is from the originals. The originals were designed for 6CA7s that handled higher voltages and would eat most current and even older EL34s. These are spec'd for EL34s, though.

I have an earlier HD130 head. Still works great. Mine runs EL34's and has the tube phase inverter. Sounds like a twin though. Go figure.

I had a smallish MM Combo back in the mid 80's that was a fantastic amp.

Like an idiot, I traded it for the worst guitar I have ever owned (1964 Fender Mustang).

Total piece of shit, except for the pick ups. Virtually unplayable.
