thats the thing i didnt do anything.
i just stopped eating and work 3-4 12 hour shifts a week.
its awesome. all my fat clothes dont fit anymore
but my skinny clothes are still a little tight.
when Im in optimum shape I weigh 130lbs
(thats after doing p90x 2times in a row (6 months)
im at 140 now, but was 165 a few months ago.
I might quit smoking now and start running
cuz the last 10 lbs wont go away via laziness
unfortunately.
if i start running ill be in bikini shape by september
the cool thing is ive been wearing my fat clothes for like 2-3 years
so all my skinny clothes are perfectly pressed and hanging
untouched. Its like getting a brand new, albeit slightly out-dated wardrobe for free.

I'm in the low 160's the last few years, which is about 20 pounds too much. My racing days kept me in the mid 130's.
Never having to watch what I eat for almost 50 years makes it really hard to control the food type and amount now.
