The current fad in my area are these lowered heavy duty diesel trucks on ultra low profile street tires with lots of gap & giant poke and absurdly large exhaust tips.

Sounds like a garbage truck
Smells like a garbage truck
Uses a trash can for an exhaust

The low riders have been around here for ever but they're a different 'formula'. They're typically not heavy duty diesels, slammed all the way to the ground, tires and exhaust tucked and a bunch incorporate some element of pro-street styling. There are a couple low rider S-10s in my neighborhood alone.

I'd love to be able to get home from work early enough to eat dinner at 5...........
